Sacoche en crochet

Avec les restants de laine, j'ai fait une petite sacoche pour coordonner avec le chapeau.

Our trip to Maine

We are back from a Maine getaway. It felt great to get out of the house and reconnect with good friends while still having a fun family vacation. This year, we saw many new places in Maine. This is what we did in four days.

Bitten by mosquitoes while having a picnic in New Hampshire on our way to Maine.

On our arrival, we went straight to Kennebunkport to stretch our legs and enjoy an ice cream cone at Ben and Jerry's.

Smitty's for dinner, a family favorite where you are served your meal while watching a movie. Half the group saw Odd Life of Timothy Green and the other half went to see Total Recall.

On Thursday, we drove to Freeport where we ate a lobster roll and shopped at L.L. Bean.

We then drove to Boothbay, a beautiful coastal town. We walked along the harbor. We will come back for a longer stay in the future.

In the evening, we enjoyed a fantastic musical in Ogunquit. If you get the chance, go see Damn Yankees.

On Friday, we spent some relaxing time at the Biddeford Pool Beach.

In the evening, we enjoyed half a game of the Portland Seadogs. A storm caught us offguard. The game was cancelled after three and a half inning.

On Saturday, we went to Portland. We visited friends, shopped and ate the best blueberry pancakes at Cracker Barrel! We visited the Portland Head Lighthouse where I took LOTS of pictures.

We also got the big tour of Portland South and Portland.

We ended a perfect trip to Maine by sharing a wonderful lobster dinner with our good friends.
